Write what you want. It might help the person to understand if you can tell them what he did but it doesn't have to be in much detail just vaguley so they have some idea of what you are going through. Write what you are comfortable with to start

dear xxxxxxx i know you dont like me writing to you..but this is very hard for me to say.....im so sorry...after reading this i can understand if you think im disgusting...ok...in 4th grade.....there was a man....who did stuff...to me and who made me do...stuff to him..and i never told anyone about it..because he made me promise him not to tell anyone.and i know its my fault because i should have known what he was doing! i am the stupidest person alive! everytime he kissed me he shoved his tonge in my mouth.....i....i can still feel his hands all over my body.....he told me that he was teaching me about life..and...i belived..him! you are the only one i trust in this school...i am so sorry.......but i..i was molested in 4th grade....i am...so.....sorry....
