Bought a book about Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as my previous psychologist was into it and was going to start working through ACT with me but I don't think we got round to it.

The book is ACTivate Your Life - Joe Oliver, Jon Hill, and Eric Morris.

Haven't read any 'self help' type stuff for a while but I trust my previous psychologist so thought I'd give it a go.

Still reading Mad Girl too.

Has anyone read Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola EstÚs?

My therapist recommended it, thinking of giving it a shot.

Gave up on Scaredy Cat, now reading Dear Dad - Giselle Green.

Haven't read Women Who Run With the Wolves. If you do read it be sure to share your thoughts.
