Ritzi- well done for taking Rolo out everyday! That's great news :)
Nic- well done for eating. That's definitely good. Keep fighting <3
Alex- well done for identifying the slip and getting things back on track. You made the right choice, even if it seemed like the harder one at the time.
Lottie- well done for taking the tablet; I hope you feel the benefits soon! I have emetephobia (but not to the same extent), so I can empathise with how you're feeling!
Kat- well done for getting uni work done! That's great to hear :)
Clare- there's always time for heroics tomorrow! And sounds like it's not really your fault that you're missing your appointment.
In Jenna news, yesterday I got ALL the stickers on ALL my sticker charts, so that means I: went to uni, handedin two pieces of coursework, ate my goal number of calories AND drank 1500ml of water. Winning =D
And I've been a hero today and booked an appointment with the drop-in counsellor for 15:00 to discuss my emo woes.

Reason: FOUND OUT CBEAR'S NAME!!!
I went to the doctors yesterday, which is really scary for me. And even though it was a bit embarrassing because I got my age wrong, I at least sorted out the thing that I went for (which was to change contraceptive pills)
Kat, that's awesome :) I'm glad you managed to get some work done.
Jenna, I am always impressed by both your heroics AND the epic-ness of these sticker charts! That's a lot of stickers. And a wonderful day!
Amy, haha don't worry, I recently misspelled my own name on an essay. The important thing is, you did a really brave thing, and I'm glad you figured it all out!
I went to the doctor yesterday (after being poked by friends) despite really not wanting to, and let them do a lot of things I wasn't comfortable with. I also now have a distinct actual plan with an intake goal, which scares me a lot because it's a lot more than I think it should be. But I have not totally failed at it so far, and I'm going to try to make a conscious effort to stick to it.
*glomps everyone* I am seriously impressed with you all recently. Some epic new levels of heroicness around!
Erm.
Today I actually used cleaning products for their intended purpose and acquired no new burns or wounds. Plus, that was a kick in the face of depression and AN/BN because now my flat is tidy and I have pots to cook with!
On Monday I went to my CPN appointment, let her weigh me and had an honest conversation with her about things.
Yesterday I practiced breathing techniques to avoid a panic attack and managed to tell my counsellor about the assault a couple of weeks back.
You guys are my inspiration! xx
Let us go then you and I, when the evening is spread out against the sky, like a patient etherized upon a table
