broadcasting thoughts

People are broadcasting there thoughts into my head the thoughts that the are sending me are horrible
there going to me do something bad there going to take control over me and then there going to get me to kill myself after so ill be blamed for doing bad things
i cant say much about it as there trying to take me over
I have to do something to stop them
but i dont know what

I'm sorry things are so distressing for you right now.
Do you see a mental health professional about these issues?
Try to keep reminding yourself that you are in control of your body and no one else. Can you block these thoughts out by doing something such as listening to music?

Yea my Psych and Dr know about my mental health problems
i see a dr today at 4.20pm
i think my husband wants her to increase my meds but she might not do it as i see my psych and therapist sometime next week

they increased my meds ...i cant see him sooner as he is very busy ...but its only
next week i see my psych

i hope that the med increase helps. Do you have any sort of support between now and when you see your psych?

there just my husband but i think am getting too much for him
i have the crisis team and a crisis house that i can go to if am a danger to myself or others

I keep falling a sleep
slept for hours today and am still sleepy unsure if it the meds or if it just me
being lazy
