Im quite proud of myself
I went out last night with some awesome friends of mine, I got very very drunk, I made some new friends, I didnt have a panic attack when I realised I only new 3 of teh 11 people I went out with, I had a great night, even though I now cant remember a lot of it xxxx

Today (well, just now) I finished filling out my college registration. Now to mail it out and pay the registration fee. And go to the registration day. And all the other boring crap I still need to do.

As for me - I got really upset earlier, and VERY angry. Usually this spells disaster, but I managed to tell the boyfriend that I was upset, and why. And to deal with the immediate anger I went to the gym and took it out on the bike and cross-trainer instead of on myself. Which I count as a positive thing, even if there was a little bit of an unhealthy reason for going in my head, but that wasn't my main motivation.

Bumping this because I need to share my heroic day.
I talked to someone from my team about very scary SRS BSNS and will now have support rather than annoying my friends. I didn't cut and I did a legit food shop not containing binge food and ate a legit meal and sat with housemates so as to keep me from engaging in the behaviours afterwards.
Tig, leaving the situation was very brave. Well done and I hope it means things will be safer now?
I don't think I've been heroic lately :( but i have been eating healthily which I guess is something at least. And at the weekend I went for a walk with 10 people and i had only met one of them before (and them only once). Normally im very shy and scared of meeting new people, but I walked with them for 11 hours and chatted to everyone and wasnt too nervous once I had been introduced.
I bought a tank top today, the first one I've own in almost 10 years. The bulk of my scars are from my elbow to my shoulder on my left arm, so it NEVER sees the sight of day. Now, getting the courage to wear the tank top out in public is another deal, but it's there when I'm ready =)
