Iate peanut butter for the first time in my life and it was sooo good. That’spart of my decision to introduce food with more calories into my diet so Icould gain weight. Feel so weird to be proud of eating peanut butter but I am…..J

I ate a pub meal out with a client and felt ok. For a little bit at least. First thing I've done in a while...

Ah, nice to see this thread bumped up. :)

Well done marimar! That's a great achievement, peanut butter is a great thing to add to your diet, great source of energy. :)

And well done for the pub meal LittleCloud! Can relate to how scary that is, and the feelings afterwards, but you did it, so that's brilliant. Keep going :)

I am struggling a lot with restricting, knowing what it's ok to eat, and struggling with guilt. But I've managed to say to my dad that I'll have a little bit more than my head is telling me to have, even though I feel greedy for that. But it will be healthy and I need the energy.

I'm going out to a restaurant tonight and really terrified. But I asked my psychologist from the ED team for some help, and I'm going to try to aim for a meal I feel safe with and enjoy it.

After12 years I have eaten ham again yesterday - ham with olive oil and bread and aglass of wine. And it was fine, I wasn’t feeling anxious and I didn’t exercise afterwards.It was fine JJJ

I am currently:

The meal I had last time I posted went ok-ish, but that actually ended up being two days before I went inpatient.

Today I feel like I've had a positive day for recovery - coped fine with all of my meals, and I went out to a local shopping centre with a member of staff today (although I am allowed unsupervised trips there anyway), had a really happy time there and did some challenging of my social anxiety. :)

Love to see this thread bumped again.

Yesterday I had roast dinner for the first time since Christmas. And although my roast potatoes and vegetables were cooked slightly differently to the others', it was cooked by my dad and his partner, which was a big thing for me because I like to know exactly what is going in everything.

So yay. :)

i just went to diner and had curry, it was really nice and relaxing and I actually enjoyed it. didn't manage to have wine as well but even this is a great thing as it was really late and past my usual diner time :)
