well doen kel, thats brilliant. i knwo how hard eatign out can be, but its supposed to be a good experiance, so its a real achivement for you to be able to do it ok :)

Good stuff people, keep going! This is all really encouraging! Small steps make the biggest difference if you keep going with them, the trick is not to lose heart, so yey to this thread!
