I'm not thay great tbh. My graft has broken down. Plastics are meant to be calling this morning to arrange to see.me. I'm devastated.

I want to get back to the cassel. I'm addicted to pain. I'm tired. My mood is up and down and I don't know how to cope with that. Any advice for how I cope with that?

Sorry that you aren't doing great. I hope that plastics have been in touch and have a plan on how to move forward.

Being hurt and in pain coupled with your mood being all over the place is difficult to cope with at the best of times. I am not sure what to suggest, when I have been in similar faces my team have suggested focusing what I can do at my worst and removing any expectations beyond that. If coping is too much can you focus on surviving. If getting through the day involves napping and watching crap that is ok.

That's a good plan. I have been in touch with the cassel today and I'm going for a meeting tomorrow which is positive. I know I'm likely to get sent away again for a few days but it's a step closer to being back.

I still need to sort after care for my foot but I ran out of spoons. I also don't know when I will back at the cassel.

That sounds positive, there is still a way to go but it sounds like you are on the mend. Hopefully from here things improve and you can get back to the Cassel. Good luck for your meeting tomorrow.

Why wouldn't you be allowed to have paper with you? If it helps you remember and you say what you want to say I don't see a problem?

That's a good idea Carmen. I may ty that. I think they don't want it too rehearsed but surely they must know you do rehearse ut. I'm so scared.

I think rehearsing it and putting some preparation in just shows how serious you are about going back there Lillie and that surely would be a good sign to the Cassel folks as that is partly what they will want to make sure of I would imagine.

I also think it's okay to be scared. It doesn't mean that it's going to go badly, it's just a sign of how important this is to you.
