I think its for the best for me to just take a huge step back and just observe my surroundings and fight the knee jerk to react to things that are largely irrelevant to my current situation. I am a loner and right now that is for the best seeing that the world is brutal and unkind, and I'm over sensitive to everything and easily triggered and wear my heart on my sleeve. I must protect myself mode and guard my own heart because other people will tear you down if they sense weakness. I appear far too timid and do a poor job of hiding my feeling.
Still overall today ended on a better note and I'm grateful for that for now.
