I would hope your team would be just as keen as you right now to try and keep you in the community.
So far it's a one off episode and you are willing to work with them and you are trying to keep yourself safe.

I think if you hadn't told her that would be much more likely be used against you i.e. it could be seen as non compliant or sth.

You are doing what you can to stay safe and so far there is no indication that you can't, even considering that incident.
And you said yourself it might take a little bit for your injection to fully kick in.

It's all good from where I am standing.

Hey guys. Sorry, me again.

I don't think sleep will be happening tonight so I'm worried I'm going to go to the dual carriageway because it's late enough now.
I've taken a small number of secret pills in the hope it will make me tired.
I just don't know what to do

Did you manage to talk to anyone about the zopiclone/promethazine? I think improving your sleep patterns might help with the thoughts of going to the dual carriageway at night.

I did end up sleeping. The pills helped.
The number of what I took was over the prescribed limit but it wasn't a huge amount so it was safe.

No I didn't.
I think it would help too.
It's the weekend now so nothing can be done about that but I have my secret pills now

Is telling anyone about the secret pills an option also? This seems concerning. I would really hate for you to overdose, even unintentionally.

Not really. Because then they will put them in the safe.
There aren't really that many in there. Not enough to do a great deal of damage if I were to take all of them (which I don't intend on doing anyway)
