I think you should get some sleep too, it all sounds overwhelming for you right now. Can you call your grandparents and say you can't come over tonight? I'm sure they'd understand.

I went to my grandparents' house in the end and I've only just got back, but I'm already drinking and I don't know why.

thisis going to sound ridiculous, but i'm jealous of my best friend's other best friend because they're too close and it's really hurting me rightnow. i feel replaced

It doesn't sound ridiculous. It sounds hurtful for you. I'm sure you're not replaced but I know how awful it is to feel that. I'm sure your best friend still loves you just as much though.

And if it helps you feel less ridiculous, I was once for a while jealous of my cousin's other cousin (on the other side) because they lived closer so spent more time together. Talk about feeling ridiculous. But just because someone else is important or close to someone, doesn't make you any less so.

It really doesn't feel like he cares about me. I want him to hug me but he clearly hates me and I'm nothing without him.

You're not nothing. Never. You're my friend, you give me hope, you care, you help me, don't ever say you're nothing. I'm sure he loves you, but you shouldn't base your self worth on what someone else thinks anyway. I know how easy it is to do that, but believe me, you are a much better person than you give yourself credit for. I wish you could see that.
