good times
hey.
for 3 months i have been majorly struggling with food again and behaviours that comes with it. i collapsed in town the other week.
i live in supported living, they know how much i have been struggling but refuse to help or acknowlage whats going on, even after i collapsed they still think im 'fine' (haha.)
so....(now this is the good bit :]..) i have spoke most days with my dietition at the hospital and have been starting to go to my rcovery groups again, and i have got somewhere.....i am being refeered to a dietition in the eating disorders team. it just shows if u dont give up you can find the help you want, im just waiting on the letter for the appointment to come through and then will be on my way to recovery (again) but all is well.
just keep fighting for the support you all deserve. it wont be easy but you'll get there, i never thought people would listen to me but i kept trying and trying and now the staff where i live have slowly but surely started to help and next week will be seeing the specialist every week to help with the physical/emotional/dietry side of things.....cant wait for things to change!!
