I think it played a few years after that in England? Because I remember it and would only have been about 5 when it stopped airing according to that.

I know of clarissa explains it all but I don't think I ever watched it.

It's definitely scones with short O!
And I put the cream first, then the jam. I find it so much easier to spread jam on cream than cream on jam!
