I am currently:
how to remove triggers

Can any one give me advice on how I can stop feeling like this. I am away doing something I should be enjoying but because I am not loud and obnoxious I am forgotten about and pushed into a corner. I really want to get out of the situation but I have to stay as me and my partner are on rough ground and have spent the day being had a go at for going away for the weekend. For the first time in a month or so I have wanted to self harm as a way to cope.

Hey I've been in a similar situation before-forgotten about, pushed into a corner, and know how painful those feelings can be and really wanting to self-harm to cope. I am sorry I don't have much more to say, but you're welcome to PM me if you'd like to chat sometime :)

I am currently:

i was incredibly anxious and shy (well ok, still am a bit) around other people. what worked for me was setting goals like "i'm going to talk to two new people here" or "i'm going to stay involved in a conversation" and really push myself to do it even though it felt uncomfortable.

has the urge passed yet?




this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.

The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.

Thank you guys been trying the goal setting 2day and its not really helped and I still can't shift this feeling which is now frustrating me. Today everything I seem to do is wrong which doesn't help. I'm just trying to laugh it off now.

do you mean that it seems that other people think that what you do is wrong? or that to you yourself it seems that what you have done is wrong?

Both in a way. It comes from the way people were reacting around me and comments people made. Least I can get out of the situation now.
