Hope your ok, and that the appointment wasn't as scary as you anticipated, I know the prospect of being re-admitted to hospital, but it's a positive step that you recognise you need safety, let us know how it went, have you been re-addmitted? or have HTT placed more support in place for you to stay at home? sorry things are so difficult and scary, but they will get better xX.

I did go to my appointment. I exclaimed my od plan and they were all about distractions. They said I have a tremor in my legs and mouth. Which I wonder if they will do anything about.


I couldn't hack it and took a small od. But enough to go to a&e. They seemed to have changed their minds on an admission although a friend of mine who was their with me was sure I needed one. I think I need one but I don't know how to go around it.

Just want to end it. They keep toying with the idea of an admission. Like yesterday they wouldn't let me leave there base and when I tried they brought me back until someone dropped me home from HTT.
I'm seeing them twice a day and ringing during the night when things are particularly bad with the flashbacks. I'm struggling with leaving my partner and going to the X and finishing it.

I don't know how much more I can do

I'm off to see HTT now. Today is particularly bad. I've had a flashback on the bus. People must of stared and thought wtf what a freak.

I want to cut. Superficial cuts as I don't have the means to do deep cuts like I usually use. I want to go to the train stn. I want to end this. I want to end this suffering.

Just seen the HTT at their base with a doctor. They were quite adamant on an admission so I'm waiting at their base while they look for a bed. I don't know where the bed will be or anything. I'm really nervous.

The only bed is in the borough I work for. They gave me choice of whether I take the bed or go home and wait. So I chose to go home and wait. Today has been hell. I'm struggling to cope. Normal life just seems impossible.
