i need to be kept busy.
im so triggered.
argh.
i need to cut so so bad.
i havent even had a bad day i just feel horrible.
i need to cut whatever im feeling away
i havent in a few days
i just dont feel right within myself today
okay, so ive been doing really well with my eating. Im actually a healthy weight again. I Hate it.
mum keeps telling me i look healthy and im glowing. i feel discusting.
she keeps telling me that when i was at my worst i was just to thin and i looked ill. is it wrong i wanna be like that again??

im on msn to my friend.
i feel like i should just tell her im not safe tonight. she knows ive cut b4 but she doesnt know how bad it is.
but she told me the other night she wanted to kill herself. and i stayed up all night making sure she was okay.
i just cant bring myself to say anything/
i cant show that im weak.
