Can have them rarely or everyday, it doesnt matter. Just as long as its not really bad all the time I guess. Im thinking maybe depression. Just running through my head. Do you know if you have it?

They worry though because they care about you. But who said to you that people are worrying? Its not exactly good to always wear a mask because then people cant help you. Dont have to get it back if you really dont want to.

Maybe talk to the person who prescirbed them and see if they canup it if you want.

I think you should ask about your medicine the next time, can make you feel better.
Its okay if you feel you cant cope, but please do try and stay safe, ok?
Things can and will get better. Just need to push a little further and longer.
