binge eating getting worse
Hello All
I am really struggling at the moment with binge eating disorder and I was wondering if anyone can help me. I decided with help from a medical professional that the best way forward is to get rid of the main source of foods that cause me to binge eat and that is chocolates, cakes, sweets. The stuff that's okay to give up. (No doctor would complain if you gave up these foods)
However due to current weather, boredom, and current circumstances, it's still happening. I have stopped fasting/restricting and live a very bland boring diet./lifestyle.
I am also having to reduce pasta, bread and rice consumption due to medical reasons.
Can anyone anyone help me out?
