I would love to know what you are all reading... And your opinions!
I'm an avid reader, have collected a library of 600+ at the age of 27, from various sources, but mostly charirt shops where possible (But for full sets not an easy task.) But I'm constantly hungry for more. And hungry to share my love of books.
There are too many authors to count, I love the classics, but have a soft spot for fantasy genre. My favourites are Maria V.Snyder, Trudi Canavan, Fiona McIntosh, Gail Z.Martin, Terry Brooks, Robert Jordan, and Sarah J. Mass.
I would love to share thoughts and opionions on favourite authors, and the stories they wield like a knights arm... true an proper.
Do not go out your way to gain a scar!
But a scar is a sign of a fighter! You are still standing!
I'm not great at reviewing books, I just have a Goodreads account and give them star ratings.
I don't keep books once I've read them other than my collection of the Goosebumps series.
My favourite authors include Jodi Picoult, Cathy Glass, Susan Lewis, Diane Chamberlain, and Dean Koontz. I also like mental health memoirs and police and medical memoirs.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
I like Laurell K Hamilton and Seannan McGuire. Both are urban fantasy. Kelley Armstrong and Kim Harrison are good too. And Patricia Briggs. I've enjoyed Maria V. Snyder, Sarah Maas and Trudi Canavan. Jim Butcher is good - Dresden Files is urban fantasy whilst the Caldera series is more classic fantasy with knights and horses and swords and magic and stuffs.
I'm currently waiting 3 days for the next Anita Blake (Hamilton) book to come out. I've been waiting for a while, but now we're down to only one hand of sleeps! I'm going to re-read book 25 of the series tomorrow in preparation, that's a totally reasonable justification for reading a book and not doing the laundry/cleaning, isn't it?
Thank you for letting me stay here
Thank you for taking me in
And I'm waiting for a long haul. Book was originally set for this August, but due to the author's circumstances, moved to next August..... Gah! Obviously author has their reasons... But so annoying.
Though my other fav Sarah J. Mass still set for October.

I am not reading at the momen, just basic news articles and stuff
do not have focus and concentration to focus on anything for ten minutes?
Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.

That is actually heartbreaking!
