back *poss trig maybe dunno*
hey guys
just wanted to let you know im back from the psych hospital
leaving was very streeful as i made very good friends with a couple of people who are still in. but it has been arranged that when i feel a lil better im gunna go see them.
it was very scarey leaving as i was restricted to the ward and the small court yard.
everything looks so much bigger and more scarey
we went to ikea which was very very scarey i was terrified and walked around like a zombie for the whole time
and to make matters worse a couple of hours after i got home a police lady came round and told me that the case against my ex wasnt going to court
which terrifies me because he could do it to someone else.
anyway i only wanted to post to say im back.
and just so you all know i am only allowed on in the evenings until im a bit more stable so wont be around through the day but will reply to pmsor whatever asap.
