I am another month free of OD. Nearly threw it away approx 3 weeks ago though. I was so determined to OD but a nurse from the cmht came to see me and I admitted everything about how I was feeling. She cheered me up and if it weren't for her I would have ODED.
In a way I am proud of fighting against the OD thoughts and the fact that I can make this post. 2 more months and it will be 18 months OD free. If I make it to 18 months then it will be the longest I have been free of OD since my teens.

Well done for being another month free for ODing, especially as it's been a difficult month. I hope that that positive experience with the nurse will help motivate you to reach out for help should you find yourself in that headspace again.

Oh yes I might though I am seeing her in a couple of weeks time due to the fact that my regular cpn is on holiday. I still prefer to talk to my regular cpn though.

I am another month free today! That makes it 18 months since I last ODED. I haven't been this long without ODing for a number of years.
I think that I will treat it like I do with SI and buy myself something when I get to a goal. Dunno what but I might treat myself to a Domino's (not today though because I am at my parents and Domino's don't deliver to them).

Wow, 18 months free is brilliant! Getting Domino's sounds like a plan- I always have takeaway pizza on the 20th of each month to celebrate another month SH free :) Enjoy your pizza!

I am another month free of OD. That makes it 19 months.
I didn't have a Domino's in the end - I bought a Bakewell pudding instead. Was rather yummy and bigger than the ones I have had from the shop. I think that I will save the Domino's for 2 years instead. That's my next goal.

I am another month free!
I must admit that I had very little urges to OD last month. Perhaps it's like SI - the longer you are free the urges become less. That makes it 20 months free!
