Dont get me wrong, I understand its annoying when it happens but it is going to happen,now and in the future....a lot of people either dont think its the time to give their opinion or theyre waiting to see how things go. Instead of arguing the point it should just be 'ok thanks for your feedback we will have another look at whatever the thing is.'

I understand that the ezine is something people put a lot of time and effort into but I have noticed before now and it still seems to be the case that a very defensive front gets put up in the face of criticism and it makes people not want to say anything. Theres no point asking for opinions if youre going to openly dislike/argue peoples opinions about things.

That being said Im glad you've taken on member feedback and hopefully this will work out better than the member of the month.
