Chelsey is not doing so well and could do with some support.

Does the laptop have to be done today? Taking care of yourself is the first priority - including stitches even though I know it might be tough. You've got some good plans today in calling the duty team so I hope you can follow through with them and get some support

It's worth asking even for just a couple. My psych gave me three when I was an OD risk.
Try to mention it all at A&E.
