Please keep fighting this babe, u can do this but u have to believe in urself, believe that you can do.
If you are seriously worried that you are going 2 harm yourself, tell someone, anyone. Go to the hospital if u need to.. just dont give in to these urges, because u deserve 2 b here as much as anyone else.
When your feeling better, set urself some goals for your future. Start off with smaller achieveable goals, so then when u tick them off u can have a sense of achievement and it will make u feel better.

this feelihng is so unreal and makes you feel the worst possible way. dont let it be in control though. remember that you are always in control!!!
take a few edeep breathes and get yourself to where you are safe. read a book, play games, listen to music or get yourself to the gym n take all youir frustrations out there, you know as well as anyone else that suicide is not the answer. please look after yourself xx
