* Stock up on chew bars and 10p sweets. In year 8/9 the school will decide it wants to be a "healthy-ethos" school and takes all the yummy fattening food out of the canteen.
* Huge rucksacks are never the way to go.
* You really do not need to waste the money on a purse belt :|
* Be prepared for change but don't wind yourself up over it.
* Make the most of being allowed to be late to lessons in the first couple of weeks.
Etcetc.
Generally secondary school was alrite? It's just the things I DID get told that I didn't listen to that would've helped?
* Listen to what people tell you about doing work on time & meeting deadlines. [But make the most of the fact that year 7&8 mean jackshit, however much the teachers tell you they're so damn important. Same with SATS. They mean **** all to you]
"Be nice. Think happy thoughts. Champion silver linings. Love all things (not just cute things like babies and kittens) & when you do love - love like they do in power ballads (you know like on a cliff with the wind in your hair and your eyes shut, knowing you'll never know love like this). Watch out for dog poo. Smile at people - even grumpy ones. Remember anything is possible & whatever you do always try to look on the bright side."
dont go out drinking with your mates on the streets, stay in and do your homework, remember you have loads of time to go out drinking when school has finished.
" my precious, precious child, I love you and I would never, never leave you during your times of trials and suffering. When you see only one set of footprints it was then that I carried you" you were carried out of are lifes into the next and when its my time to leave this life I know i will be carried into the next life with you.
I wish i had my world complete again.

Don't listen to ANYTHING anyone says, it's different for everyone
except ... your groups of friends will change constantly until you hit year 10
... None is trustworthy, don't tell anyone any secrets until you've known them a few years
... You can't trust teachers, they won't risk their jobs for you so don't tell them things if you don;t want other people to find out
... make the most of it, it only happens once.
-Enjoy it
-Morning group IS meant for doing that days homework
-PHSE lessons are purley there for extra homework time and to skit the teacher
-Agreed with the friends. Primary school friends will blank you and by year 11 you will hate your best mate from year 7.
-Dont sleep with anyone. Theres plenty of time in the future for that
-Dont stress too much, make sure you enjoy yourself to get the most out of your time.
- When your parents tell you that your friends are "no good", they have pretty good intuition, despite what you think.
- Do some out of school activities besides church - when you've done the Christian thing, hanging around with the Christians becomes quite tedious.

*Graffiting a table in one the schools most mocked teachers classrooms, will make you famous to the lower years.
*Friends will change. The ones you've known since year2 will drift but will always be there.
*Smoking will have you talking to people you've never spoken too.
*The year 11's do own the school. And While in year 11 you will enforce this.
*Rumours spread like wild fire.
*Year 7 & 8 (and possibly 9) are pointless years, and worth nothing academically.
*You will be bullied, if you're fat/ginger/black/chinese/indian/female/short/tall/really intellingent/really stupid/different. In year 11 this all changes and most bullies have grow up, or have been expelled by this point.
*You will cry when your favourite teacher leaves after year 10. (I never did that......)
And climb high to the highest rung, to shake fists at the sky.
Be cautious of friendships with girls. Once they reach secondary school, allot of them grow a nasty habbit of becoming completely fake, and talking behind people's backs.
