from the description you have gavve there s a number of things it could be from food lower than your stomach. to parts of your digestive track i really think tyou need to get checked out asap especailly if you are in any pain or still feel dizzy have you purged any blood up or coughed up any blood since. if yes to any of the above you really need medical attention
i havent purged any blood or anything, i had a headache and i have a slight sharp pain in my stomach, really faint though.
but then aagian, that could just be because im paranioed.
i cant go to the hospital tongith, no one will take me and i live in the middle of no-where.
im just gunna stay up all night, i dont want to like die in my sleep

wrap it in cling film and put ice around it/keep it cool. i am so so worried for you, i am begging you to call an abulance, even if it is the stomch lining its serious cos its there for a reason to protect the muscles from acid. call an ambulance now, your feeling dizzy nd thats v worrying.
