I am currently:
from the newbie :)

Hey,

I've had depression for the past 3 years, I started when i was 17 and it's got progressively worse every time it comes back. I started self-harming, through banging my head against walls to try and release the anger I felt inside, but recently I've tried stop doing that and have started scratching my arms until they are red raw. The other week I went to the doctors who have referred me to a specialist for depression and social anxiety.

No-one I know seems to understand my depression and a few have told me "everyone has hard times, just get over it" which obvious makes me feel weak and pathetic.
