I guess to a certain extent you'll always have some feelings for your ex, but it does sound like you might need some help getting to the stage where those feelings are manageable and not interfering with your current relationship.
Have you spoken to your fiance about this? I realise that doesn't sound fun, but perhaps being open about it (if you haven't done so already) might help as trying not to feel something and keep it hidden tends to only make you feel it more!
Would you consider talking to a counsellor about this?
