You will never be able to entirely stop being triggered...the trick is not to act on the urges. Things will always bring back the desire, and they may seem stupid and insignificant, but there you have it. The difference between those of us who aren't trying to stop and those of us who are is how we react to that trigger. I wish there was some kind of magic answer to that, but as far as has been my experience...there isn't. Recovery isn't easy and congratulations for making it as far as you have. Hang in there. With time, it gets easier. *hug*
