hey everyone.

does anyone else find themselves overreacting to small changes in plans or small things going wrong in general? The smallest thing sets me off completely. I can be fine and then suicidal after the smallest thing. I feel like i'm losing it. I feel like a toddler. Its so stupid.

I'm not sure Shrink, its a difficult one and perhaps we are not the best people to ask tbh

I would agree that we probably aren't the best people to ask, as we are caught up in it ourselves. It might be better to seek some professional advice or from somebody recovered who has the skills? x

Hey Shrink, I get like that, too.

I've actually been reading about BPD
(some really good books, might be useful to maybe get some and learn more about it? Or search online about it?)
and it's been quite informative and so much info about why we are the way we are, how our brains are actually different, too, chemically and such.
Learning about each individual symptom, too.
Learning about, well, loads!
Be here forever if I listed it all!
Generally just learning about the disorder from all areas.

Some therapies are out there to help us with our BPD and the symptoms we experience(as everyone is different in how they suffer with BPD) and how to cope better with it, learning skills, etc.

Maybe ask your professional(s)/your team/GP if you don't see anyone, about seeking some therapy/help/support for your BPD?

x

Oh that's not good. :( Do you have any painkillers to help with it? Maybe also having a bath and to relax and heat could help with the aching? Or just sit and rest and chill? x

I hate baths but I might have a hot shower in a min and then just chill out
