I like this idea...I have just never got around to doing it. I may do soon.
One thing I have that helps me is a jar in which I have good times notes. Everytime something good happens or something makes me smile I jot it down and put it in the jar. I started mine on new years day as a year thing but when I'm low I get them out and read them.
