How often are you with people and how often are you alone? Is there a way to connect with people even when you are alone, like phone calls or texts or online etc? Writing letters can be good if you like that sort of thing.

I'm on my own most of the time. At the moment I'm self isolating and I've self harmed a few times tonight. I don't know how to cope.

Yesss I know that feeling. Does talking here helopp? Keep talking if it does,. EVen if you just havea film on in the background I sometimes find that noise helps a bit

How are you today? Do you think you could try to gradually build back up the contact you have with people since you find it more difficult when you're alone? Self isolating sounds like it might make things a lot worse.

I'm not great. Self harmed and stuff last night. Home Treatment don't seem to care and keep saying I'm "doing really well" when I'm not.

I'm not sure. I've cancelled my support workers for the rest of the week because I just can't face anyone.

I understand how hard it can be to face people when you're feeling rubbish but I think you need support and it would be good to keep that support even if on the day you just say to them that you don't really want to chat/do much. Is there something you do think would be useful right now?
