Hello could you help me

I'm new here.

I find it hard to open up so bear with me.. :S

I'm 15. I have a panic disorder and depression.

I was doing really well but tonight I slipped up really bad. I got really scared and there was nothing left to do but cut myself - like it was the only thing in my head. I was so scared and I didn't really realise what i was doing until afterwards.

This was like 5 minutes ago, I was searching in dispair for a site to help me and I found this one... ummmmm so yeah...

I think things just built up, they just do sometimes.

A friend of mine used me the other night, asked to come round my house with his friend and they just stood in the room and talked, casting me out entirely. I hadn't cut since then so that might have been part of it =/

whenever you get the urge have you tried anything else? take a look at the distractions page.

Yea, he doesnt really know how much it upsets me when people let me down. Because we had had a little fall out I thought he wanted to come around my house to say sorry and I was let down. :S

I'm glad you can relate. I've never spoken to anyone who can!

Thankyou everyone. Ive had doctors and psychiatrists... counselors and nurses...... but NOTHING can beat people going through exactly the same stuff at the same time. I hope I can help everyone too!
