Thanks I really enjoyed being at home and getting things organised etc. Hopefully depending on how my psychology goes I'm going to my Nan's and to my flat again tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah it's so annoying that they made that mistake. I've asked about it but they've said there's nothing they can do because it's a legal document.

I'm trying to find accredited distance learning courses that I can pay monthly for in animal or equine just to give me a purpose and something to do but I don't know if it's worth it or not.

That's really great that you're thinking about something important to you that you could do with your time. What is making you question if it's worth it or not to do a course?

Thanks. Just not sure if there's any point but I've emailed the learning provider I was with before so hopefully they will get back to me tomorrow.

Went to the chapel with staff. Wrote in the prayer book and cried a lot. The hca was hugging me. It was all so emotional.

I hope the learning provider can help make things more clear for you.

Did it help to release some of your emotions today? I hope you're doing ok.

Thanks they've given me a year extension and a new tutor so that's really good news.

Yeah it was good to go and have some time out to think about her in a chapel and get my tears out. The hca was very supportive.

Yesterday my psychologist spent in total around 2 hours with me. She's been brilliant. She's actually going to my friend's funeral too but " not in a professional capacity."

I'm anxious about the funeral which is Thursday. I don't know how I'll cope.

That's great news about the course. Do you think you'll go for it then? I'm glad you're finding your psychologist to be supportive again. It's natural to be anxious about the funeral, I'm sure it'll be emotional and that can be hard to deal with but you'll have support.

Yes I think so. I mean it's distance learning and I have a new and hopefully more helpful course tutor this time.

Yes. And first I need to get it approved apparently by the doctors even though I'm meant to be going with my support worker who I wouldn't run off from

That sounds good about the course, something to focus on. When would you start, is it flexible?

I hope the doctors allow you to go to the funeral if this is what you feel you need. Will you find out today?

Yes it's flexible I've been given a year extension to complete it.

They allowed me to go. I got to say my goodbyes. It was so hard.

I'm glad you were able to say goodbye. How are you feeling today? Are there people you can talk to if you need to process things regarding the funeral?

No staff they were all crap and didn't care. My support worker came up for 3 hours though and she was supportive.

Are your support workers still not seeing you regularly or has that changed?

Yes it is.

I'm okay thanks. Had a bit of a rough night with flashbacks and nightmares but managed to go to church and go for lunch with my friend.

Dreading psychology tomorrow. Not sure I can face it.

I just didn't talk much plus I was so tired I nearly fell asleep. Felt like I'd failed at psychology. I had an incident last night they took all my clothes and bed sheets etc away. It's not been a good time. Not feeling great.

I'm sorry things aren't good at the moment. Has something triggered you? Are you getting enough support?
