Triggering (SI/ED) - where do i go from here?

i dont know what i want from this. maybe just hugs. and sugestions if you have any..

things have been pretty bad i guess you would say.. and my couns wrote my gp a letter asking for a referal to a psychirtist for a medication review... gp refused to write one saying that "im not bad enough" to need to see one... -she has no idea whats going on. she has no idea about the SH or anything. yet she is the "specialist" around here.... she changed my meds and now doesnt want to see me till march...

everything just keeps getting worse. i have no idea what im doing anymore. and i just need it all to stop. i cant do this anymore and it hurts. i can no longer keep safe. i feel like im falling apart but i dont have the energy to care.. i dont wanna die (i deserve to tho) but i just need everything to STOP..
but just ask me. and ill smile and say im ok. coz im not allowed to tell.

Please speak to your GP, make her see how bad things are

that or go to a different doctor in your surgery...tell her how you feel about your meds and yourself

this is your self esteem being very low, you need to tell someone you feel like this, isn't there a mental health crisis line in your area? look on the mind site...they have some info and you can search help in your area too http://www.mind.org.uk/help/mind_in_your_area

Tell your counsellor what the doctor said and then find a different doctor.

my counsellor does know what happens.. its quite hard to see another dr as where i live no one is taking new clients. (i live in a rural city)
