My GP has done everything i can i see him regularly because hes not happy with the mhs and so said he wants to 'keep an eye' but hes says theres no more he can do. He reffered me to who he thought i should see and the mhs has sent me somewhere else.
Im currently seeing my cco, a psychologist, my GP, quite often see the psychiatric consultant and i go to emotional coping skills group, and im waiting to see a DBT therapist. And everyone of them have told me what to do. On top of that I spent time in hospital where they said they didnt know what to do, im refered to home treatment every so often who just say they cant help and discharge me and i was under the psychosis team who also said they couldnt help and discharged me.
