I'm ok, I did some therapy with L, my sister and my mum. Went to church this evening. Got to get up early because we're going shopping tomorrow.

I've had a good day. Had to have PRN to stop the stress but I lasted the whole day. No voices :)

Recently I 've been less scared of the bathroom etc and the voices are mainly gone.
Thank you for your help everyone. I hope you won't judge me if I need to come back
