Goals for today were;
1. Clean the flat, every room.
2. Sort out some paperwork
3. Journalling
Done all three today so success! , goals for tomorrow;
1. Go to laundrette
2. Pick up a few groceries
3. Find a present for my brother
- Finish seminar work
- Go to scary seminars
- Send important emails
- Go to interview; hopefully without completely messing it up
- Do shopping
- Go to film night
- Go to dance class
- Plan rest of week
I'm not liking this week. :/

This week, I am going to attend all of my lectures! Apart from the two on Friday, because I'm going to see the wonderful Katy (Dr Colbertface). I'm also going to do all four pieces of coursework.
This seems like an impossible task, but I'm sure as hell going to try!
- Sort out some paperwork for Beavers.
- Attempt to be positive at work.
- Ring the doctors and let them know my mobile number's different.
- Go for a run.
Tomorrow
- Staff meeting with my work colleagues
- Get started on writing of research essay, write 1000 words
- A school club
- Visit local hospital
- Enjoy evening in town with 2 good friends
- Smile

- Finish prep for seminars
- Apply for jobs - at least 3
- Meet up with x to work on article; ideally, complete it
- Committee meeting & ideally, type up minutes immediately
- Red Cross meeting
- Make plans to meet up with friends to actually do something fun!

My goal, which I've been I keep trying but not doing, is to go to sleep between 9 and 10 pm. I often over eat and watch TV until very late. I feel guilty and tired the next day. But no matter how often I say I'm going to change this, when the time arrives to go to bed, I don't have the willpower to stop this bad habit. The most days I've managed is 3 and after that the little voice comes in and whispers. "You've been good. You deserve to stay up, watch tv and binge."

I'm doing well- been to my lectuer and tutorial today. Knackered already though, and have still got another lecture and a tutorial to get through!
