Thanks Lindsay.
I am going to see how it goes with my new psych whether I mention it or not. If I was seeing someone I knew then I would definitely mention it but it's going to be stressful enough in the appointment.

My cpn said that she will do her best to come in but that's not guaranteed. I don't want my parents to be there because of the fact it's a new psych.

I have had an phone call from the cmht saying that my cpn wont be able to come to my appointment. They were talking about doing my depot but I pointed out that it wasn't due until the 30th of July. They said that they would discuss it at the cmht tomorrow. So that probably means that my cpn is off sick.
I am not happy going to the appointment. My mum said that she will drop me off at the appointment and wait in the waiting room during my appointment. So if they decide to discuss my depot she will be there which I dont want. The woman I spoke to on the phone was a complete stranger. I also dont want another person there at my psych appointment as it's going to be stressful enough without having 2 strangers.

Thankfully no additional people were in my appointment. I didn't mention anything about feeling unsafe. Besides I have very little feelings on wanting to harm myself. Yes I feel sad and miss my cat but that's normal. I am slowly moving on.
I have a new additional diagnosis which I am not happy about. I have started a new thread about it in mh discussion.
