Have you ever confused a dream with life? Or stolen something when you have the cash? Have you ever been blue? Or thought your train moving while sitting still? Maybe I was just crazy. Maybe it was the 60's. Or maybe I was just a girl... interrupted.
I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. How you hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. I tried groups, didn't work out just made my depression a lot worse.
My neighbour gave the council a grilling for the same thing as you, the heating not working I think. I had phoned the council myself before and they said I'd have to phone someone else. My neighbour phoned the council for me and they came out the same day!
Afternoon yoyo, sounds like you're being productive and also having some rest.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
My council is going into local lockdown from 6 pm tomorrow. So that means that I can't see my parents as they live in a different county to me. Also I am not allowed to do support bubbles or meet up indoors with anyone I don't live with. I can see myself going mad as I will only see my cpn during my enforcement indoors. Or as horsey people call it box rest. Even then I only see my cpn once every 3 weeks.

I'm trying to be productive as possible but tiredness and fatigue is starting to effect more now. Things take me a lot longer to do now i am struggling with dizziness
