When I take my night time dose I'm out in about an hour. Which is good really because not being able to sleep sucks.

We don't get channel 5 in Ireland I don't think unfortunately.

Ah that's quite a high dose? Mine's just gone up to 125mg morning and night.

I don't know what we have instead.

I've been told it's a good dose. I don't know how high it goes. I may have a Google.

Channel 5 is generally pretty **** tbh apart from GPs behind closed doors

I think in extreme cases it can go up to 900 but they try to keep it between 200 and 400 from what I know.

Channel 5 used to have a really good programme called The Tribe. I remember watching it as a kid.

I'm exhausted. I slept all night then practically all morning and I could sleep again. Also my vision has gone oddly blurry.
