Just in a bit of a funk today. Not sure what has brought it on; if feel very indecisive which isn't helping. Spending most of my time all in a dither trying to figure out what I need/want/should do.

Making lists and taking a break sounds like a plan Sarah. You can prioritise stuff or start with whatever is easiest which should hopefully help you get more done.

I'm alright. This week is going to be really full on - I'm doing stuff every evening as well as working and an overnight Sams shift on the weekend. Bleh. I have counselling tonight and I have a feeling she'll tell me off :P
