Songs about emotional abuse??
So, I'm doing a school assignment and need some good media clips (I thought of songs but I'm guessing any media would be helpful)
I'm looking for things that illustrate emotional abuse, can be serious of funny (but still instructive not mean)
All I can think of is the song Mother Know's Best from Tangled anybody have other ideas?

I'm trying to think of some, I'm sure I've heard some. Do you want them about emotional abuse only? Or is it ok if they also address other kinds of abuse? Any specific type of emotional abuse you're thinking of?
One I know that directly addresses emotional abuse but sexual abuse as well is "S.O.S. (Anything but Love)" - Apocalyptica ft. Cristina Scabbia.

Looking mostly for anything under emotional abuse, so verbal abuse would also work and possibly neglect.
I'm hoping the media will more clearly illustrates my point than just my words (cause if we're just relying on my words everyone's in trouble :D )

"The Game" by Disturbed would qualify to me. Also Milk of Regret by Otep seems to be about emotional type abuse from a relationship. Same for Open Wounds by Skillet for parental emotional/verbal abuse.
One that always makes me think of emotional abuse in a friend type situation is "Pink Dress" by Ayria. But I don't know if that's what it's actually about; the lyrics are really hard to decipher. It just always makes me think of that in the way I interpret it. Also a ton of Emilie Autumn's songs are about abuse, but the type varies and it's usually multiple types in the songs that do talk about it. I would also say "Not Strong Enough" by Apocalyptica kind of implies relationship emotional abuse.
I suppose the problem with finding songs on emotional abuse directly is that it's hard to describe emotional abuse in a direct manner, which is why it's so poorly understood and often written off in society as well.

Thanks for the songs I'm off to look at them now and, yeah, I understand how tricky emotional abuse is to spot which is why I want to do my presentation on it :)
