Rebecca - it can be! Sometimes it's stuffed with ham and stuff but sometimes it's like spinach and ricotta. The veggie ones are usually tastier imo.

Spinach and ricotta is my favourite tortellini! Cheese and tomato is good too.

Carer has just left so im off for a shower!
Gonna be difficult considering i can barely move my head because pain!

Hiya All

Today i have been feeling really good at the moment, i cannot describe how wonderful it feels to be able to do my regular distractions, getting back into reading. When I am feeling good all distractions work for me as my symtoms of depression and anxiety are reduced. So i am able to read books for ages, write on my blog, think straight, it feels amazing.

I must have slept funny on it and it hurts so much!
Showering was painful but done now!
Hope its better by my Tuesday driving lesson becuase there's no way I can do all the required observing and stuff with this pain!
