I got an email from HIM.

It has really triggered me.

I know it's only a stupid email (it wasn't even personalised, it was a mass one to friends and family).

but to see his name on an email in my inbox.... bastard.

just makes me wanna harm myself even more. damage, damage, damage... that's what I wanna do. And I wanna do it 'there'. So it really ****ing hurts.
