if it was me i would say something like 'i was wondering if we could talk about that letter i gave you.. i sort of needed support and if i'm being 100% honest it didnt really help that you wouldnt talk about it and then wouldnt come to my party.... :'( if youve got a problem, could you possibly tell me because right now i'm a bit paranoid'
