Exposure therapy for OCD...
Hey there :3 I was just wondering if anyone has had exposure therapy for OCD? I'm starting it next week with my therapist and I'm really nervous as the people I've spoken to about it say that it's really horrible but it really works...
Thanks lovelies ♥

I have no personal experience, but having spoken to and witnessed people having exposure therapy, I would say, yes, it is very challenging, but does get very good results.
Good luck

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
Who else is fine?!?!?

I've done Exposure Therapy. It is difficult, but very worth it in the long run.
