Eating Disorder - sorry, me again. severe stomach pains..

i had to come home early from school because of severe stoamch pains
i got home and i needed the toilet and couldnt go.
is this because of laxatives? cos i didnt think they would
stop me from going to the toilet.
i took loads after eating a 5 pack of cookies in 2 minutes flat.
have i gone too far?
its very painful and i feel kind of blocked.
help?

Yeh, laxative abuse can cause this as you can become dependent on them in a way where your bowels cannot contract very effectively without them so this could be the reason why.

Has it only been today you've been like it? Are the stomach pains in the centre of your abdomen around or just below your belly button?

If you're the same tomorrow or if the stomach pains worsen then you need to get checked out. If you press to the right hand side of your belly button just slightly further down and you get a sharp pain you need to get checked out straight away;that's a sign of Apendicitis. Also get checked out straight away if you suddently start to feel ill or if when you go to the toilet your faeces are black and tarry.

I take it you're weeing fine? No pain when you're urinating? No problems with your mentrual cycle/ any vaginal discharge which is different from the normal white to clear discharge?

no thats all fine.
the pain is kind of in the centre, and i am now getting sharp
stabbing pains in my chest, i feel like i need the toilet but i cant go.

As you are getting stabbing pains in your chest you need to get checked out. This could be secondary problems with your heart due to your ED. They could also be other things but you need to be safe and get yourself checked out at A&E IMMEDIATELY to ensure you are fine. If you tell them you are their for chest pains they will see you straightr away. Don't drive yourself there. If you have no way to get there then phone an abulance as this could potentially be a sign of damage and chest pains are a perfectly good reason to call an abulance as they will want to check your heart and lungs. Whilst you're there you can also mention how you're struggling to go to the toilet and the pain that is causing.

but i cant let my mum know. she has no idea about the
whole ED thing, if it is an ED

i told my mum about my stomach pains, she
said they would go just like last time i had them.
she doesnt know ive been taking laxatives.
i cant tell her either.
she said there is no point in sitting in A&E for 4 hours for that.
im in so much pain, but i cant let her know.
any advice on what to do.

Sweetie, you need to go. Listen to Kim, she knows what she is talking about. I've been to A&E because of my ED before, and I told my mum that I had severe stomach pains and that I wanted to get checked out just to see if it was anything bad. She didn't know it was about my ED at all. And baby, please don't abuse laxatives - they cause so many problems, it's not worth it.

Just got back from A&E. my mum found out about the laxatives.
i had to have a drip thing put in to get some fluid into me, had blood tests, was going to have a chest x-ray but i discharged myself.
my mum didnt want to wait there with me anymore.

OK, well done for going and telling your mum, that is a HUGE positive step. I don't think I will ever be able to tell my mum about my problems; not even my depression so the fact you've told her some of the stuff is GREAT and shows you are REALLY STRONG.

As you discharged yourself it would probably be a good idea to check in with your GP just to ensure everything is ok. Also, as you were given fluids via a drip it indicates to me you were dehydrated to quite a high degree. Because of this you need to ensure you keep driniking a LOT of fluid, more than what the average person needs because of your laxative usage.
