Misreading Words (might be a bit rude)

So I just misread the post your best bits about the old RYL as post your bits. I do this sort of thing a lot. One of my most memorable misreadings was reading a TV programme called Hitler's Generals as Hitler's Genitals.

Share if you have any funny misreadings!

I have done this quite a lot
Can't remember most but I once read 'enjoy responsibly' on a pack of cheese.
I can't remember what it actually said but it wasn't that! XD

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!

Who else is fine?!?!?

It is hard to look back and remember, except for the really weird stuff.

Cheese should definitely be enjoyed responsibly.

My morning misreading - I somehow thought the washing machine said 'wood' rather than 'wool'. If I was a bit more tired I might have considered dismantling my kitchen table and seeing if it would fit in the washing machine.

I have a reminder in my phone to get a jigsaw but I keep reading it as chainsaw.

I suppose I could make a jigsaw with a chainsaw.

It wouldn't be too terrible a misreading if it was a jigsaw tool I was needing.

Hey! Not misreading but mishearing... My boss was telling me a story about something and i was a little distracted by something on my computer screen so was only half listening until I heard him say "he is a constant penis" and I stared at him, thinking WHAT did he just say??!!! And I must have looked confused because he asked me what and I laughed nervously and asked him to repeat what he'd said... "he's a concert pianist"

Reminds me of the time that someone in the local town decided to rename their house to "It's Bol-larks". Presumably there had been complaints as the sign only lasted a few months. Personally I found it amusing.

Just had this memory come up on Fb: I saw an article title that said 'Eugenie shares sweet photo with George and Charlotte' and I thought it said sweet potato.
