cuts
i just cut my self lots on my right arm in a few hours is that a bad thing????????????

How many you do in a certain amount of time doesn't really change anything, it's still self harm. As Leni said, it isn't really a good thing...I don't really know what you're looking for with this thread to be honest. Could you perhaps clarify things a bit?

it is a bad thing, but not something that you need to get mad at yourself for.
i'm guessing that something happened to trigger you this morning, even if it was only a thought... do you want to talk about what happened?
maybe it would be helpful to have a specific plan of what to do if you feel that way again.
